Relish ‘Coffee Pot’ brand framework
We took the action.ai management team through our branding process to get to the heart of what their brand stood for and provide clear direction for all new creative and written comms.
Using our unique brand ‘coffee pot’ and brand archetype process we uncovered a new brand mission and essence focused on ‘extraordinary’. This expressed not just their market-leading technology but also the ‘joyful customer interactions’ their AI delivered.

The new brand framework informed all new creative. Their ‘extraordinary’ conversational AI was expressed through art direction, website design, brand videos and use case videos explaining how they empower human-like customer experiences.
